Toby Spitz Founder and President

Toby Spitz is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University. She spent several years as a business librarian and has been in the legal search industry since 1979. In 1984 she founded and headed Corporate Counsel Search, Inc. Twelve years later she changed the firm’s name and expanded her business to include placements in law firms in addition to in-house counsel. Active in the legal search profession, she is a former Vice President of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and served on its Board of Directors.

Arnold Spitz Vice President

Arnold Spitz joined the firm as Vice President in 2004 after being Trademark Counsel of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. for 22 years, an associate at Pennie & Edmonds law firm, and trademark attorney at Colgate-Palmolive Company, and Merck & Co., Inc. Arnold holds a J.D. from Syracuse University Law School , an LL.M. from New York University Graduate School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He currently specializes in the placement of IP and regulatory attorneys and assists in firm management.
